Gio didn't knew his relationship was over when Justice met Kritikal especially when he tried to blackmail her into staying with him, but the jokes on him. Saxx whole family was demented and sick. She is and was supposed to be protecting Queen from all the evils in the world including her mammy. I understand why Justice is the way she because her mammy and Gio told her she wasn't worthy of love. She didn't no any better. Kritikal can front all he wants but I think he really wanted his mama love. Sire was in lust with Saxx that's why he didn't take her out as soon as they stepped off the plane. I would have tortured her a$$ too. Kritikal was a destructive little boy now he grown man who likes to break bones and all. His favorite word is gay. He has no filter what so ever. Showed his a$$ in the restaurant and took Justice wig off and just threw. Justice and Kritikal healed each other. They were meant to be.

Once again you have out did your self. You are by far one talented writerand it seems that everything that you touch turns in to gold, watching you grow as a writer has been an honor and a privilege. Waiting on your next master piece.

I'm not going to lie, I am a 40-year-old and have never, ever read this book or had it read to me. I got this for my three-year-old daughter for 3rd bday, on behalf of my uncle who got it for her birthday. (He doesn't have a computer so I order his books.) I really enjoyed this book myself. It's very interesting. The drawings are amazing. The story is good/makes a point-has a subtle lesson. Maybe not for an older child but my daughter is 3yrs. She seems to understand it and likes it. She has requested read more than once at night. So in my book that makes it a winner.

I remember this book from when I was in elementary school, and had to have a copy for our son and daughter. There are not too many books from early grade school that I remember, so I knew they would love this story too. My son is almost 20 now, but often asked for this one to be read to him before bed. Now, his four year old sister often makes the same request.This is a short story that focuses on the power of imagination, but also reinforces that there is a time and place for certain behaviors, the importance of respecting your mother, and that moms love you even when you don't show them that respect. This book opens the door for conversation on these topics, and you child can learn while enjoying the story.

This was the perfect addition to our library and to be used in our Wild One portrait session. The kids love reading it!

Never was a fan before. The author in interviews seems to be so full of himself, but this time was different. My 18 month old just loves this story. The growling monsters must be what got him! I say "Where the Wild Things Are" while driving, and he says "Rarrw" in response. The artwork is nice. Good quality book, for a paperback edition.

I got the book Where the Wild Things Are because one of my twin four year old boys reminds me so much of the little boy in the book, Max. Oftentimes he gets into mischief, more so than his brothers. When I came across this book on Amazon I automatically thought of my rotten little boy that usually just can't keep his fingers off things. I just knew he would love this book, and I was right! My strong willed, free spirited child who normally won't sit still long enough to eat his supper, sat mesmerized throughout this whole book. Each time we turned the page he was excited about the pictures and wanted to see what adventurous thing Max or his wild monster friends would do next. I recommend this book to anyone and everyone with children.

I bought this to share with my 14 month old grandson. I had it as a child, I read it to my son as a child and he, in turn, bought it for his son. So, this three-generation book is a big hit! I used to be able to recite the entire book. I still remember most of it.As a child, the illustrations were magical. I had never seen anything like it and I still remember the feeling. Fast forward 40+ years and the world is a much more colorful place. The graphics may not seem as groundbreaking today. But, they are still magical. I have seen 1-star reviews of this book and I am shocked. It's like giving A Christmas Carol or The Sneetches a 1-star review. Everyone, of course, has the right to their opinion. I can't help thinking they just don't get it. Maybe they don't read very much?Buy this book!!! Share the magic with your children and grandchildren. Someday, they too, might be able to recite the whole book word for word ... to their children.

A classic! Who doesn’t love “the most wild thing of the all.” I bought the book 3 times. Two copies were for foreign friends who had never heard of it and I wanted their kids to enjoy like my smiley does. One copy was for my kid’s 2nd grade classroom as a gift; all the kids signed it to the classroom library during their Wild Things Halloween party.

Exceptionally written and illustrated. Wonderful historical account. One of the best books in this series. I highly recommend for both children and adults. A quick read, but full of fascinating facts and details. A great resource and teaching tool for Teachers, Schools and Parents. This book should be included in every Reading and Social Studies Curriculum. I continue to buy copies to share with my colleagues and friends.

This book is super. Really, it is. I am reading it with my 5 year old. While she reads about a paragraph every two to three pages, she is engaged in the narrative and asks lots of great questions.Her elementary analysis is phenomenal and much more thoughtful than I ever imagined.My little one is already looking forward to other books.

This whole series of books is just wonderful. Pick a topic that your child is or might be inteterested in and these books draw them right in. My son has been reading them since second grade (end of third now) and he still anxiously awaits them as I buy new. They are by far his favorite series and in my opinion so much better than the other silly/gross/obnoxious series out there.

My students liked reading this book. This book includes a few maps. There are actual pictures in the center of the book of Harriet Tubman and others. The black and white drawings in the book are clear. There are interesting chapters about slaves who escaped. My students wanted to keep reading.

I have read some of the most complex books on African American history, and our placement in this country. However these books just break it down quickly in a few pages. Just beautiful!

I discovered this series when looking for books for a 3rd grade teacher who teaches informational text in a urban elementary school. The students loved this series, especially the girls. Very well received by the teacher and students.

I like that the recordings cite the chants multiple times -- enough to work through the 108 beads on a mala. That helps a lot. You don't just hear it a few times and then go out on your own; you can chant through an entire mala with the teacher. I highly recommend this book and CD.

As part of my ongoing spiritual practice, I have worked with mantras for quite a few years now. Thomas Ashley-Farrand's book "Change your Karma with the Power of Sacred Sound" is an excellent resource on this topic in that it is easy to understand and provides specific mantras to achieve specific goals in one's life. It is as he claims: "Repeated periods of practice with ever-increasing levels of mastery will take you down the road to whatever goal you seek..." I have had profound results in my life as a result of practicing these mantras. The value of the book is that it provides the correct pronounciation in written form, an explanation of what practicing the specific mantra will achieve and also a CD. It is easy to chant along with the CD and therefore ensure the pronounciation is correct. There are many good books on mantra meditation and everyone must find the method and author that works best for them. For me personally, this is one of my favorite books. Unfortunately, Thomas Ashley-Ferrand has passed away and we no longer have him as a teacher and "guru" in the area of mantra meditation.

I like Farrand's books. This is a good add on to his earlier mantra book. Mantras have been extremely effective in redirecting my energy. They empower, bring greater clarity and focus to my days.

I was looking for a basic overview of mantras- what are they, how does one use them, for what purpose? This book was just what I needed. It concludes with a number of mantras for you to try and includes a CD so you can hear proper pronunciations. Well-done.

This book has really touched my spiritual understanding of how and when to say mantras. The life & legacy of Thomas Ashley-Ferrand is a gift to mankind; whether readers of his books chose to utilize his information is another matter. I, for one, truly appreciate that he has shared meditation principles; he has made it much easier for me to verbalize the mantras on a daily basis.

I enjoyed the read, which was rather quick, as it is a smallish book. It's nice to have the CD to give examples of the different chants. Each of the chants is done many times so you can really get the hang of chanting yourself.

I like this book because it gave me a good information about meditation !

Who doesn't love Thomas? Mantra for me has been life changing
